Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If any items are out of stock for any reason, shipping may be delayed. You will be contacted by one of our specialists to within 24 business hours to assist with your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $17 flat rate ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Orders over $99 receive FREE ground shipping! (contiguous United States only)
Overnight shipping is available at a flat rate, quoted at the time of purchase.
Will Call Orders
All Will Call orders require 4 (four) business hours to process and pull from the time the order is confirmed. This time may be extended due to order size and complexity. Example: If an order is placed and confirmed at 4pm today, it will not be ready for pickup until after 11am the following business day.
Will Call orders must be placed directly with a representative and cannot be conducted via the website ordering system.
Pick up may only occur at our warehouse facility located at 1700 Wirt Rd., Ste. 100, Houston, TX 77055 during normal business hours (M-F 8-5 excluding holidays).
For all customers requesting fulfillment of a Will Call order in less than 4 hours, a $50.00 “Rush Order Fee” will be assessed.
International Shipping
Due to regulatory compliance, international shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Shipping to PO Boxes is not available.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@safetymed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and a restocking fee for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@safetymed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
